New Name, New Look, New Mission

Over the past year we have expanded our programming to ensure our community benefits from quality leadership in prevention education and strategic partnerships. In Fall 2019, Partners was in a position to absorb programs previously run by TEAM Wellness & Prevention, a local nonprofit that has since dissolved. These programs are fully up and running–and even growing–now, and with these new services comes a new name, updated mission, and enhanced look!
We simplified our name to “Partners” to reflect our aim to be a partner to those in our community who are seeking to overcome obstacles in their life. In fact, our new mission is to to empower youth and community members to achieve their full potential through mentoring, prevention education, and strategic partnership.
