Multiply our Mentors Challenge

Partners needs volunteer mentors! We currently have dozens of youth on our waitlists–all we need is enough mentors to match them all! That’s where the “Multiply our Mentors” challenge comes in!

We challenge you to share our mentoring recruitment messages in your networks–help us connect with all the people you know who would make great mentors! You can share in a variety of  ways:

• Share one of the linked posts to your preferred social media–Facebook (on your profile or a local group), Instagram, LinkedIn

• Post the following text on a community forum (Nextdoor, Reddit, a company newsletter, community message board, etc): Be the Difference–Become a Mentor. Local youth need the support of positive adults more than ever before. YOU can make a major impact right now. All it takes is spending time with a kid one time a week. Partners is a trusted Northern Colorado nonprofit that will provide you with the support so you can succeed as a mentor. You can be a role model and friend that provides a youth with hope, life skills, and confidence.  (Add this graphic or this graphic)

• Reach out to individuals you think would be a good fit though text, email, or whatever way you communicate. Here’s a sample of what you can say: I think you would make a great role model for a local kid who needs extra support to reach their full potential! Partners is a nonprofit in northern Colorado that I really trust and they need more volunteers to mentor youth. They offer a ton of support to help all volunteers to be successful mentors.
